Are the embroideries personalized?
Yes! Before adding a product to your shopping cart, do not forget to upload a photo of your pet, so that we can make your embroidery correctly, make sure to choose a clear photo, where the color of the fur is correct, and the face and ears are visible in full.
Where are the embroideries made?
Your embroideries are handmade in CHIHUAHUA, CHIH. MEXICO
Can I pick up my order in Chihuahua, Chih.?
You can request pickup by Uber, Didi or a similar home delivery service; in the shipping section select "Local delivery in Chihuahua".
Local deliveries are made from Fracc. Cerro Grande through the Uber or Didi platform. The cost is at your expense. After your embroidery is ready, send an email with the information for the platform to pick it up and it will soon be in your hands.
If the location or time does not suit you, then select a shipping option and your embroidery will be sent by parcel, as well as to the rest of the world.
What payment methods do you accept?
In your shopping cart, at the time of payment, you will see the Mercado Pago checkout that allows you to pay by:
- Electronic transfer
- Credit or debit card
- AMEX
What is the process of my order? Can I see it?
Once you have completed your purchase, your order is scheduled and takes between 2 and 10 business days to be ready. In your email you will receive the preliminary photo of your embroidery in which you can make observations before delivery or shipping.
You can see part of the process (and the order number we are working on) in Instagram and Facebook stories @huellitabordada, when the date of your order is close.

How can I see the status of my shipment?
When you make your shipment, you receive a confirmation email with your guide number or tracking code, you can also check its status in the tracking link of that email, or from https://huellitabordada.com/apps/trackingmore
